Prince Andrew has consistently denied accusations of sexual involvement with Virginia, who passed away earlier this year as a teenager. Recent reports indicate that two Met Police officers visited the residence of Andrew’s ex-security official in South East London as part of the investigation. This retired officer, who had significant experience working with the Royals, including Princess Diana and Prince Charles, was allegedly associated with the elite SO14 Royalty Protection Group within the Met.
Allegations have surfaced regarding a crucial email where Andrew supposedly requested his Met bodyguard to investigate Virginia, providing personal details for scrutiny. The email exchange also revealed Andrew contacting the late Queen’s press secretary to discuss Virginia’s background shortly before a controversial photo of the prince with Virginia emerged.
Virginia’s family, refuting claims of her criminal record, has demanded an inquiry into how Andrew obtained her private information.
