“Widowed Beauty Teacher Admits Stabbing Boyfriend”

Date:

A 62-year-old woman who taught beauty was taken into custody for allegedly stabbing her younger boyfriend and hiding his body in her yard.

The body of Alex Sandro da Silva Rocha, 21, was found in Bebedouro, Sao Paulo, Brazil, last week. Police reported that the victim was stabbed in the chest with scissors. Jussara Luzia Fernandes reportedly confessed to killing her partner.

The woman had recently become a widow in January when her husband was found dead in their pool. His death was deemed accidental. Following her confession, the Civil Police will investigate the recent death.

Authorities searched the residence last week and interrogated the woman, who initially denied any involvement. However, police observed a freshly dug hole in the backyard near the entrance. Despite her claim that it was for burying her dog, the Fire Department was called and made a gruesome discovery.

Upon her arrest, the woman admitted to a dispute with her boyfriend which led her to grab scissors to “protect herself,” resulting in multiple stabbings. Police stated that she had someone assist in digging the grave.

Detective Joao Vitor Silverio revealed that Fernandes involved her son in moving the body out of the house. She is currently in custody, facing charges of homicide and concealing a corpse.

The victim’s mother spoke out, alleging that her son was in an abusive relationship and trying to leave his partner. Ivonete Ribeiro da Silva described Fernandes as controlling and possessive, hoping for justice to prevail.

“He couldn’t even grab his phone because she monitored everything, even when he went to the bathroom with the door open,” she stated. The victim’s mother accused Fernandes of orchestrating her son’s death through manipulation and emphasized that he had no chance to defend himself physically.

She also claimed that Fernandes pretended to be her son during phone conversations to mislead her. Da Silva mentioned that despite her son’s affection for his girlfriend, he planned to end the relationship due to her controlling behavior. She even alleged that the woman ran over her son’s foot with her car during a heated argument.
