Greene King introduces its inaugural pub loyalty rewards program, offering customers complimentary drinks and food. New app users of Greene King Pubs and Restaurants can engage in the “Spin to Win” feature, where prizes range from free beverages to main meals valued up to £18.99.
Upon app registration, each new member is entitled to one spin, with rewards redeemable at various Greene King establishments including Belhaven Pubs, Flaming Grill, Chef & Brewer, Farmhouse Inns, and Hungry Horse. The Greene King app is available for free download from your preferred app store.
Recent research by Greene King shows that 71% of Brits consider the rising cost of living their primary concern. Despite this, 28% still view dining out as a cherished indulgence. Kevin Hydes, Greene King’s Group Marketing Director, emphasized the importance of creating memorable moments for patrons while acknowledging their financial considerations.
The Spin to Win initiative aims to enhance customer experiences by providing unexpected delights, such as a complimentary drink after a stroll or an upgraded meal during a social outing. Greene King previously marked the Guinness Six Nations Rugby tournament’s 25th anniversary by offering free pints in February, but this promotion has since concluded.
Moreover, Greene King distributed 100,000 free pints through the “When It Rains, We Pour” campaign in April. Rain detectors installed in select Greene King pubs triggered the giveaway, spanning locations like London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, and Wallingford as part of the promotional strategy.
