Date:

An adult entertainer known for her extreme cosmetic enhancements has shared details of her challenging upbringing before her tragic passing.

The 33-year-old, who went by the name Mary Magdalene online, passed away recently after a fatal fall from a high-rise building. She was found in the parking area after falling from the ninth floor of a building in Patong, a town on Phuket Island.

Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, also known as Mary, boasted a substantial following of over 400,000 on various Instagram accounts. She was recognized for her numerous body modifications, such as breast implants, nose jobs, buccal fat removal, brow lifts, butt implants, veneers, and extensive tattoos covering her face and body.

Apart from her adult content creation work, she was also an esteemed artist, gaining a devoted following for her psychedelic paintings, sculptures, and self-portraits.

In her final social media post before her untimely demise, Gongora shared two stills from The Truman Show’s concluding scene, along with the character’s iconic lines. She also included a blurry childhood photo of herself in the post.

Gongora had a tumultuous early life, recounting in various interviews her strict religious upbringing where even Disney was forbidden. By the age of 12, she was engaging in risky behaviors, including drug use and early sexual activity.

By the age of 17, Gongora was working as a stripper and later transitioned into escorting. Her internet fame surged due to her extreme plastic surgeries, leading her to launch an OnlyFans account, which allowed her to quit dancing and escorting.

Her plastic surgery journey began at 21 with her first breast augmentation, reportedly performed by a local dentist. In 2018, she gained viral attention for enlarging her vagina with fillers to make it ‘the fattest in the world.’

Despite facing numerous health complications from illegal surgeries conducted worldwide, Gongora continued to undergo procedures. She faced severe consequences, such as buttock issues after illegal injections and a near-death experience during a procedure that led to blood transfusions.

In emotional posts in 2023, she acknowledged her dependence on plastic surgery to rectify past mistakes, highlighting the draining impact it had on her life in every aspect.

Following her passing, Gongora’s brother Ivan paid tribute to her on social media, reminiscing about her unique humor and creativity and expressing his deep love and sorrow.
