VP Blames Shooting Victim for Own Death in ICE Incident

Date:

JD Vance criticized a shooting victim in a shocking tirade without evidence, labeling her as “brainwashed” and “radicalized” while holding her responsible for her own demise. The US Vice President expressed intentions to lower tensions following the tragic death of Renee Good at the hands of an ICE agent in Minneapolis. However, during a sudden press briefing at the White House, he accused the 37-year-old mother of three of intentionally attempting to run over the agent, who he claimed acted in self-defense, deeming her death a result of her own actions.

This incident followed claims by Donald Trump that the agent involved had been hurt during the altercation and had sought medical attention, despite footage showing him walking at the scene before driving away. When questioned about potentially prejudicing an ongoing investigation, Trump dismissed concerns.

Despite contradicting accounts from sources outside the Trump administration, the Vice President insisted that the facts were clear, although video footage suggests that Good was trying to maneuver away from the agent when he fired his weapon. Accusing Good of being part of a “radical left network” aiming to obstruct ICE operations, he alleged that she had been influenced by left-wing ideologies, although local reports suggest she was simply running errands.

Questioned about the basis of his conclusions, given the video evidence, he maintained that from various angles, it was obvious that Good’s vehicle had targeted the agent. Criticizing the media for omitting details about the agent’s prior encounters with vehicles, he noted that the agent’s identity remained undisclosed, preventing verification of the claims.

Emphasizing his belief that Good accelerated her car toward the agent, he referenced footage showing her vehicle speeding up after being shot in the head. Despite further shots fired as her car passed by, Vance defended the agent’s actions and asserted that portraying Good as innocent was misguided.

When asked about the alleged network that purportedly influenced Good, Vance indicated that investigations into the matter were ongoing. Additionally, the Homeland Security Secretary confirmed that the local authorities would not be involved in the inquiry, citing lack of jurisdiction, with the FBI, under the leadership of Trump appointee Kash Patel, leading the investigation.
