A tragic incident unfolded in West Dublin when a young boy, identified as Oisin O’Reilly, was found dead at a residence in Lindisfarne Grove, Clondalkin. The body of his father, Wayne O’Reilly, was discovered in Cherry Orchard, Ballyfermot, in what is believed to be a murder-suicide case.
