A paramedic, Christopher Carroll, faces multiple criminal charges for allegedly recording himself urinating in various locations at work, including his supervisor’s desk and a pot of chili, with the purpose of selling the videos online. Carroll, 36, is accused of urinating on his supervisor’s keyboard while in uniform at the local fire department offices. Additionally, he allegedly contaminated an icemaker by urinating into it, mixing the urine with ice using a scoop, and signaling to the camera.
Despite having no prior criminal record, Carroll turned himself in to authorities after the incident at the Baltimore County Fire Department office. Prosecutors in Maryland mention additional footage showing Carroll contaminating various items in the fire station, such as orange juice, hand soap, a can of vegetables, and an air conditioner vent, as well as a scented room spray in a doctor’s office waiting room.
During a court hearing in Towson, Carroll’s defense attorney, Seth Okin, expressed uncertainty regarding Carroll’s actions, stating, “Everyone wants to know why.” Okin mentioned that more allegations were being reviewed, emphasizing their severity. Prosecutors allege that Carroll filmed himself and shared the videos online in an attempt to sell them on subscription websites.
Carroll was remanded in custody after being denied bail. These events follow a separate incident in the UK where a jealous individual assaulted his pregnant girlfriend, accusing her falsely of infidelity and physically harming her before urinating on her.
