“Age-defying Love: Couple with 35-Year Gap Welcomes Baby on Husband’s 70th Birthday”

Date:

A couple with a significant age difference of 35 years celebrated the birth of their baby boy on the husband’s 70th birthday. Glenda, 35, gave birth to baby Roy Briley III on June 6, 2025, coinciding with her husband Roy’s milestone birthday. The couple first met when Glenda sought advice from Roy, a real estate and insurance company owner, in November 2020.

Their connection was immediate, leading to a series of dates and eventually moving in together just two months after meeting. They got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2022 and tied the knot in a small ceremony in July of the same year. Eager to start a family, they underwent IVF treatment, resulting in Glenda becoming pregnant in December 2024.

Baby Roy Briley III was born on June 6, 2025, marking Roy’s ninth child, as he has eight children from previous marriages. Roy, a semi-retired businessman, emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle for his wife and son, maintaining a rigorous exercise routine and opting for a water-only diet since 2022.

Glenda and Roy’s relationship has faced scrutiny from some due to their age gap, but they remain focused on their family and future. Glenda underwent IVF treatment to conceive their son and is looking forward to expanding their family further. The couple plans to begin another IVF cycle in December 2026.

Despite online criticism and mixed reactions, the couple remains positive and continues to share their journey on social media. They have received support and inspiration from others in similar situations, encouraging them to pursue their dreams.
