In a popular vacation destination in Spain, a 14-year-old girl was reportedly sexually abused by three men at a hotel. The girl, who was held against her will after being threatened with a knife and forced to ingest drugs, managed to escape by jumping off a balcony in Torremolinos, on the Costa del Sol.
Earlier that day, the teenager had been reported missing by her family. A hotel worker alerted the police after hearing the girl scream for help. Upon receiving the call, the authorities arrived at the scene and found the girl hiding in another room within the hotel.
Subsequently, Spanish police arrested three individuals, one of whom was a minor, for their alleged involvement in sexually assaulting and restraining the teenage girl. The suspects were taken into custody on charges including illegal detention, sexual aggression, serious threats, kidnapping, and offenses against public health.
This incident follows a similar case where a group of men known as the “wolf pack” raped a British teenager at a hotel in Magaluf. The perpetrators accepted prison sentences totaling over 73 years as part of a plea deal with prosecutors in Spain. Had they been convicted at trial, they could have faced up to 150 years in prison.
The plea deal required the men to admit to the crimes committed at the Spanish hotel. This agreement was reached just before the trial for the gang rape of an 18-year-old British girl at the BH Mallorca in the summer of 2023.
