Huntley, a former caretaker, is currently hospitalized after a violent attack in prison. It has been revealed that he had targeted the girl before committing the heinous murders of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman in 2002.
As Huntley undergoes life-saving treatment for severe injuries sustained in a prison assault, the family of the victim expresses their hope for his recovery. They believe that Huntley should endure lifelong suffering in prison rather than an easy way out through death. Huntley is serving a minimum of 40 years for the notorious Soham murders that shocked the nation.
Despite his conviction for the murders, Huntley had a history of preying on women, including locking a girl in a room and making disturbing demands. Huntley’s violent past extends to assaulting a pregnant teenage girl. The victims of Huntley’s predatory behavior are not sympathetic towards him.
