“Royal Affection: Queen Camilla and Princess Kate’s Heartfelt Exchange at State Visit”

Date:

The King and Queen of the UK hosted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and First Lady Oluremi Tinubu from Nigeria in the first state visit of 2026. The royal greeting at Windsor included Prince William and Princess Kate before meeting Charles and Camilla at Windsor Castle.

During the guard inspection, Princess Kate and Queen Camilla shared a warm moment, displaying their affection. Kate and Camilla exchanged heartfelt words, as revealed by a lip reader from the Daily Express.

Camilla looked elegant in a pink dress and hat, adorned with Queen Elizabeth II’s brooches. The royal welcome in Windsor attracted crowds to witness the event.

In a departure from tradition, William and Kate did not share a pre-banquet portrait on Instagram as they did in previous years. Instead, they later released a stunning photo that garnered excitement from royal fans.

Kate dazzled in the Lover’s Knot Tiara and an emerald gown by Andrew Gn, reflecting Nigeria’s flag colors. President Tinubu’s visit marked a historic occasion as the first Muslim leader to visit the UK during Ramadan in almost a century.

Due to Ramadan fasting, there was no traditional lunch with the King, and President Tinubu likely broke his fast privately before joining the Royal Family for the banquet in St George’s Hall.
