A father with four children recounted a harrowing experience as he witnessed ambulances catching fire and exploding during the recent incident in Golders Green. Max Reisner, 34, described hearing deafening explosions while recording a video of the chaotic scene, where screams of “fire, fire” were audible in the background. The third ambulance explosion occurred just 20 yards away from him, causing him to be thrown back by the force of the blast.
He mentioned that some elderly individuals from a nearby residential building were evacuated in wheelchairs as the fire raged on. Authorities, led by counter-terrorism police, are actively investigating the arson attack on four Jewish community ambulances in Golders Green, North London. Although the incident is yet to be classified as a terrorist act, investigators are verifying an online claim of responsibility. Three hooded suspects are being sought, with no arrests made as of now.
Max shared the physical and emotional impact of the explosions on him, expressing fear and uncertainty about further attacks.
