“Murder Investigation Continues for Young Mother Found Deceased in Nottinghamshire”

Date:

The family of a dedicated young mother found deceased at a caravan site in North Nottinghamshire has honored her as a murder investigation remains ongoing.

Orinta Narbutaite, a resident of Rotherham, was discovered deceased at Main Street, Milton, at 3:12 am on Friday, March 20. Her family has released a tribute for the 32-year-old, describing her as a devoted and loving mother.

The tribute reads: “With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Orinta Narbutaite, a valued member of our community whose kindness, grace, and warmth made a lasting impact on all who knew her.

“Orinta will be remembered for her caring nature and resilience, as well as the genuine compassion and respect she displayed towards others. She possessed a remarkable ability to provide solace and aid, bringing a sense of peace and reassurance to those in her presence.

“Above all, Orinta was a devoted and loving mother to her daughter, whom she treasured deeply. Her love, guidance, and commitment as a parent will endure as part of her legacy. Orinta Narbutaite will be greatly missed and forever remembered. Her memory will continue to thrive in the hearts of all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her.”

A murder inquiry initiated following the discovery of Ms. Narbutaite’s body is still ongoing as per Nottinghamshire Live reports.

Authorities had cordoned off a bungalow at the Longbow Residential Park as part of their examination. Donatas Noreika of Main Street, Milton, and Arturas Karvelis of Broad Street, Parkgate, Rotherham – also known as Arturas Bockus in the community – have been accused of conspiring to obstruct the lawful and respectful burial of a body.

Noreika, 37, and Karvelis, 45, are in custody and are set to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on April 20.

A 64-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman who were also detained have been released without charges.

Nottinghamshire Police have indicated that they are referring the case to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) due to previous interactions with Ms. Narbutaite. Detective Inspector Matt Scott mentioned: “Our sympathies are with Orinta’s family and friends, who have requested privacy during this challenging time.

“We are mindful of online speculation resulting from unverified information being circulated. As the investigation progresses, please follow updates provided on behalf of the force.”
