During an altercation with repeat offender Daniel Kendall inside the Morrisons shop, the 46-year-old was spat on and faced aggression. Despite following initial protocols calmly, Mr. Egan, hailing from Wolverhampton, was terminated for not adhering to the company’s deter-and-not-detain policy.
