The mother of social media influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska has honored her beloved daughter who passed away six days after a car accident outside a nightclub in central London. Klaudia, known online as Klaudiaglam and hailing from Essex, was hit by a car on Argyll Street in Soho at 4:30 am on April 19. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the 32-year-old tragically succumbed on Saturday.
Gabrielle Carrington, a 29-year-old former X Factor contestant, appeared in court last Tuesday charged with attempted murder. The Metropolitan Police announced on Saturday that the charge would be elevated to murder in light of Klaudia’s death.
A GoFundMe campaign initiated by Kinga, Klaudia’s mother, described her daughter as “in a coma and bravely fighting for her life.” In an update, Kinga expressed, “My precious daughter has passed away and is now at peace with the angels. She brought immense love, joy, and light into our lives, and that light will forever shine.”
Kinga further stated, “As we cope with this profound loss, I am dedicated to giving my beautiful angel a proper farewell, a service filled with love, respect, and the elegance that mirrors her essence. The funds raised will contribute to her funeral arrangements, ensuring she is laid to rest in a meaningful and special manner… Some donations will also assist in covering legal expenses as I seek the best representation to uphold her memory.”
Klaudia’s mother extended gratitude to all those offering love and support during this challenging time. As of now, the fundraiser has amassed over £26,000.
Apart from the murder allegation, Carrington, residing on Broadfield Road in Manchester, is facing charges of dangerous driving, drink driving, grievous bodily harm with intent, and actual bodily harm. A 58-year-old man sustained life-altering injuries in the incident, while a third woman suffered a minor wrist injury.
Carrington, a former X Factor finalist from the group Miss Dynamix in 2013, boasts a following of more than 365,000 on her Instagram account under the username RIELLEUK. She did not enter any pleas during the recent court appearance and is scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey on May 19.
