A mother has been missing for three months after disappearing from a campsite in France, as recounted by her daughter. Stephanie Thomson, a 75-year-old retiree, was last sighted at Camping les Vigeres in Le Chalard, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, on January 29. She had been living her retirement dream in the French countryside with her husband Ken since relocating there in 2012.
However, the idyllic retirement took a distressing turn when Stephanie went missing after a visit to a local supermarket. Her daughter, Tracy, 55, residing in Redcar, Teesside, expressed the anguish of waiting for answers. Tracy described the past three months without her mother as an unbearable ordeal, a situation she never anticipated her family would face.
Expressing her turmoil, Tracy mentioned, “The uncertainty of her whereabouts is incredibly challenging to comprehend. I pray for her safety, yet every possible scenario plays out in my mind. It’s tormenting. The thoughts never cease.”
