“Man Guilty of Murder, Hides Wife’s Body in Fertiliser Tank”

Date:

A man has been found guilty of concealing his wife’s body in a fertiliser tank after committing a brutal murder. Dale Warner, aged 58, received a 70-year prison sentence in Toledo, Ohio, for the murder of his wife, Dee Warner, aged 52. The verdict was delivered by a Lenawee County jury following a trial that lasted several weeks.

During the trial, the jury reviewed various pieces of evidence, including Warner’s police interview, witness statements, and investigative reports. Warner was sentenced to 60 years for the murder of his wife and an additional 10 years for tampering with evidence, to be served consecutively.

Investigators disclosed that Warner killed his wife, hid her body in a safe, and then used farm equipment to relocate her remains before welding them inside a fertiliser tank. The crime occurred after Dee Warner informed him of her desire for a divorce and plans to sell their family businesses.

Warner will not be eligible for parole for 33 years. In a separate incident, a woman and her ex-boyfriend tragically died in an explosion at her parents’ home in the UK. Jo Shaw, aged 35, and Ryan Kelly, aged 41, were killed when Kelly allegedly entered the property with an explosive device.

Reports indicate that Kelly, with a previous association with a drug gang, arrived at the location carrying what witnesses described as a grenade, resulting in a fatal explosion. Authorities are investigating the incident as a homicide. Neighbors recounted that Kelly forced his way into the house, prompting a call to the police reporting a domestically-related incident.

Police were informed that the individual had an explosive device, and shortly after, an explosion occurred. Emergency services arrived at the scene, where three other individuals, including the person who reported the incident, sustained minor injuries. Although formal identification is pending, the police believe the deceased individuals to be Shaw and Kelly.

Witnesses revealed that Shaw had moved to her parents’ house to escape Kelly, who had been harassing her following their breakup. Neighbors recall hearing arguments and a loud bang before the tragic incident unfolded.
