The Met Office predicts temperatures in the mid-20s for the bank holiday weekend. Meteorologist Annie Shuttleworth mentioned that temperatures could exceed average levels, reaching around 20C in southern areas by Thursday and possibly hitting the mid-20s in the south-east over the weekend.
