Three sisters who tragically died in the Brighton beach incident have been identified by the police. The sisters, Jane Adetoro aged 36, Christina Walter aged 32, and Rebecca Walters aged 31, from Uxbridge, London, were discovered in the English Channel early on May 13 after reports of individuals in distress in the water. Unfortunately, all three were declared deceased at the scene.
Authorities are now exploring the theory that one of the sisters may have ventured too far into the water and lost their balance when the seabed abruptly dropped away. It is suspected that they could have been swept away from the shoreline after slipping off the coastal shelf.
Local residents in Brighton have mentioned that the seabed slopes steeply not far from the beach, making it risky to venture too deep into the water. Warnings are regularly issued to visitors, particularly around the Palace Pier area where the seabed is most abrupt.
The father, Joseph, emotionally expressed his sorrow over the premature loss of his daughters, stating that their lives ended tragically early. He described the pain of losing three daughters in the prime of their lives as indescribable, emphasizing the everlasting bond they shared.
