Three individuals have been taken to the hospital with severe injuries after a car struck them in Nottinghamshire. Law enforcement responded to Linby Lane near Hucknall at approximately 9 pm on Friday following reports of a significant crash.
Nottinghamshire Police disclosed that a man was apprehended on suspicion of reckless driving in connection with the incident. Michelle Welsh, the Member of Parliament for Sherwood Forest, expressed her sympathy for those impacted by the distressing event and suggested that drivers in the vicinity consider using alternative routes.
Following the collision, Linby Lane was temporarily closed between Moor Road and Wighay Road but has since been reopened for traffic.
