According to reports from the Express, the woman used to come to the bar on her scooter, order a beer, and was always required to pay upfront due to her history of leaving without settling the bill.
The account detailed how on one occasion, she dined at the bar, ordered a meal, then abruptly left on her scooter, not returning for three years. When the bar owner spotted her at another establishment, he approached her for payment, but she offered no explanation or attempt to address the situation.
