Heart-wrenching details have surfaced regarding the tragic death of a skilled trapeze artist who fell to her demise in front of a sizable audience during a live circus show.
Marina B, a 27-year-old seasoned circus entertainer, was executing a daring solo stunt when a catastrophic incident unfolded. The unfortunate event occurred during an evening performance on Saturday in Bautzen, Germany, as Marina tragically plummeted from a trapeze swing approximately five meters above the ground.
The Spanish performer succumbed to her injuries after the fall, in the presence of around 80-100 spectators, including children and families attending the Paul Busch Circus show.
The audience reacted with horror, with parents reportedly shielding their children’s eyes as emergency services rushed to the scene. An investigation into the tragic accident has been initiated.
A notice posted at the circus ticket booth on Sunday announced the closure of the circus due to the bereavement. The Paul Busch Circus has not issued a statement following the distressing incident.
