According to sources, the pick-up truck involved in the accident was allegedly driven by an 11-year-old boy who took the vehicle without adult permission. The collision occurred at the roadside in Ban Na Si Nuan in the Mueang district. The driver’s age has not been officially confirmed.
Emergency services found monks lying on the road and roadside upon arrival at the scene, which was cordoned off for investigation. The injured monks were swiftly transported to nearby hospitals for urgent medical care.
