Travelers can download the mobile app for free on iOS and Android devices. Additionally, British Airways has issued guidance advising passengers to carry a copy of their medication prescription to prevent delays during security checks at the airport. Ensuring essential medication is packed in the smaller under-seat hand baggage is recommended in case of delayed hold baggage.
