“Elderly Man Fatally Injured By Cattle at Felbrigg Hall”

An elderly man tragically lost his life after being fatally injured by cattle at a National Trust site near Cromer in North Norfolk. The incident occurred just before midday the previous day at Felbrigg Hall. Despite prompt emergency response, the man, aged in his 70s, passed away on the scene.

Norfolk Constabulary, in collaboration with the Health and Safety Executive, is currently conducting an investigation into the incident. The man’s family has been notified of the unfortunate event.

According to a National Trust spokesperson, the individual, who was walking at the parkland of Felbrigg Hall, sustained severe injuries and succumbed to them despite the efforts of paramedics. The organization expressed deep sorrow and extended heartfelt condolences to the victim’s loved ones during this challenging time.

As a precautionary measure, Felbrigg Hall, Garden, and Estate have been closed since the incident, with investigations ongoing. The Health and Safety Executive, responsible for safeguarding individuals from work-related health and safety risks, is also actively involved in inquiries alongside the local authorities.

Felbrigg Hall, renowned for its elegant architecture and diverse collections, including luxurious exports and unique displays, is situated in a picturesque setting with extensive woodlands and a scenic lake.
