The summer break has brought some downtime for Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, as they take a pause from their studies. However, Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have assigned their children some meaningful tasks to keep them engaged during their time off from school.
During a previous school holiday, Kate revealed that George had a specific duty while staying at the family’s Norfolk residence on the Sandringham estate. The young prince was tasked with moving animal feed, as disclosed during a visit to a goat farm with Prince William, where they also learned about a robot silage sweeper on the estate.
Prince William mentioned to their host that his children were actively involved in farm activities at Sandringham, where efforts are being made to transition the estate into a fully organic operation, including exploring Agroforestry methods.
Both William and Kate emphasized the importance of outdoor activities for their children’s well-being and revealed that they have not allowed their kids to have mobile phones yet. They are mindful of regulating screen time in the digital age.
Despite it being the holiday season, the royal couple may still assign simple chores to their children, like tidying up their rooms, helping with household tasks, and caring for their pets. This approach stems from William and Kate’s own experiences of living independently and taking responsibility for their surroundings.
