“Killer in ‘Monster Mansion’ prison fears fellow inmates”

Date:

Henry Nowak’s murderer, Vickrum Digwa, is reportedly feeling intense fear of potential harm from fellow inmates at the infamous “Monster Mansion” prison. Digwa, aged 23, is currently incarcerated at HMP Frankland in County Durham after being found guilty of killing Henry, a student at Southampton University. His sentence mandates a minimum of 21 years, during which he initially spent time in isolation but has now been relocated to a prison block under strict supervision.

HMP Frankland, nicknamed Monster Mansion, houses some of the most notorious criminals in Britain, such as Wayne Couzens, the murderer of Sarah Everard, and Levi Bellfield, who killed Millie Dowler. Digwa is allegedly anxious about the possibility of being targeted by these infamous inmates.

According to reports from MailOnline, upon his arrival at Frankland, Digwa exhibited visible signs of fear and vulnerability, contrasting with his previous demeanor. Sources described him as visibly shaken and apprehensive, expressing doubts about his survival. Former prison governor Vanessa Frake-Harris highlighted the risks faced by high-profile prisoners like Digwa, emphasizing the potential danger they encounter from other inmates seeking recognition.

Digwa was convicted of fatally stabbing Henry during an encounter in Southampton on December 3, using an eight-inch dagger that resulted in fatal wounds. Despite portraying himself as a victim of a racially motivated attack, Digwa did not disclose his role in the stabbing to the authorities. Tragically, Henry succumbed to his injuries shortly after informing the police that he had been attacked.

After a trial at Southampton Crown Court, Digwa was found guilty of murder and carrying a knife in public, leading to a life sentence. His mother, Kiran Kaur, was also convicted for concealing the murder weapon at their residence. Incriminating footage from Digwa’s phone captured the exchange between him and Kaur, where he instructed her to dispose of the weapon. Kaur is currently serving her sentence at HMP Bronzefield in Surrey, alongside other inmates like former nurse Lucy Letby.
