Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor allegedly influenced Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie to attend the Royal Family’s annual Christmas gathering in order to gather information about the event he missed. The former working royal, who was exiled to Sandringham by King Charles III and had his titles revoked, spent his previous Christmas at Royal Lodge. This year, his daughters, who are still part of the royal inner circle, were seen at the Norfolk estate with their families, walking towards St Mary Magdalene church for the traditional Christmas mass.
According to a royal expert, Andrew compelled his daughters to attend the event to keep tabs on the conversations regarding him. Ingrid Seward, a renowned royal author, suggested that Beatrice and Eugenie had no choice but to comply with Andrew’s request. She mentioned that Andrew sees them as his only connection to the Royal Family and likely persuaded them to go.
Former Sun royal correspondent Charles Rae supported this claim, speculating that Andrew would eagerly seek information upon their return. Andrew and Ms. Ferguson did not attend the Sandringham gathering last year and have been absent for some time due to the ongoing Epstein scandal tarnishing Andrew’s reputation.
Andrew Lownie, a royal author, stated that Andrew is now permanently ousted from the royal circle and considered a commoner. He highlighted the drastic change in Andrew’s status and mentioned that he was not invited back to Sandringham the following year. However, Lownie suggested that Ms. Ferguson might have a chance at redemption due to her ability to reinvent herself.
Looking forward, if Andrew and Ms. Ferguson are excluded from royal events, they will be residing in a new property within the Sandringham estate.
