According to new reports, the photograph was captured during Andrew’s well-documented visit to Epstein in New York in December 2010, a trip he mentioned in his controversial 2019 Newsnight interview. During the interview, Andrew stated that he went to the US solely to sever his relationship with Epstein and denied any knowledge of a party happening.
Allegedly taken in the dining room of Epstein’s New York residence, the newly disclosed images of Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor on all fours are believed to provide further insight into his stay during the New York trip. Notably, another photograph from the same trip shows Andrew engaged in a deep conversation with Epstein during a walk in Central Park, with analysis indicating that he was wearing the same jeans in both images.
The Mirror has reached out to Andrew’s representatives for their comments on the matter. Recent emails from the new Epstein Files shed light on additional details of the trip, suggesting that Andrew spent up to a week there. Reports indicate that he socialized with Epstein, made dinner arrangements with Naomi Campbell, and contemplated a visit to Little St James.
Correspondence from Epstein reveals his efforts to organize for young women to visit his Manhattan mansion during Andrew’s visit, indicating a social agenda for the week. Despite invitations for dinner, it was reported that Campbell did not attend. Separate emails also implicated King Charles in events surrounding Andrew stepping down as the UK’s trade envoy.
Andrew was recently arrested on suspicion of public office misconduct due to allegations of sharing confidential information with Epstein during his tenure as a trade envoy.
