“Israel’s Blue Sparrow Missile Strikes Ayatollah’s Residence”

Date:

Israel has disclosed that the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was enticed to his demise and obliterated by a missile reaching the outer limits of the atmosphere. The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) stated that the Ayatollah, despite the presence of American warships nearby and previous strikes on the nation, felt secure enough to convene with officials at his residence. Approximately 30 missiles, including the Blue Sparrows capable of reaching the edge of space before impact, were launched by Israeli fighters.

The operation, executed on Saturday, was carried out under a deceptive plan to create the illusion of a pause in Israeli operations. The IDF strategically implied a shutdown for the weekend, releasing photos and information suggesting personnel and top leadership were attending a Shabbat dinner. Subsequently, top generals ostentatiously departed headquarters, only to discreetly return later, with many in disguise. At around 9:40 am local time, IDF jets launched the Blue Sparrow missiles, targeting the compound in Tehran.

Originating from Israel, the Blue Sparrows, initially designed for testing air defense systems, have now been repurposed as air-to-surface missiles due to their high speeds and unique ability to exit and re-enter Earth’s atmosphere, making them challenging to intercept.

Following the destruction of an Iranian warship in the Indian Ocean on Tuesday evening, resulting in the loss of 87 sailors, Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi warned of repercussions, stating, “The US will come to bitterly regret the precedent it has set.” The conflict has claimed over 1,000 lives in Iran, while casualties have also been reported in Israel and among a few Americans since the weekend.
