KSI launched a fierce social media onslaught in response to Andrew Tate’s loss to Chase DeMoor in the headline fight of Misfits Mania on Saturday night. The ongoing feud between the two escalated after Tate replaced KSI as the chief executive of Misfits Boxing in October.
The YouTube star was furious about the change, especially since he had co-founded the organization with manager Mams Taylor. Prior to the match, KSI couldn’t resist celebrating Anthony Joshua’s victory over Jake Paul on Twitter, where the British boxer secured a win after six rounds.
KSI has a longstanding rivalry with Paul, dating back to their early boxing encounters involving their siblings. He expressed his hopes for a fantastic weekend, including an Arsenal win and Tate’s defeat, which was followed by Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Everton.
After Tate’s loss, KSI tweeted his excitement, calling it the best weekend of the year so far. He further taunted both Paul and Tate by sharing a photo of their vulnerable moments post-fight with the caption “Christmas came early,” accompanied by a crying emoji.
Despite Tate’s extensive background in combat sports such as MMA, kickboxing, K1, and Muay Thai, he had not competed professionally for five years and had never fought in a boxing match. Tate started strong in the fight but seemed to struggle with his stamina as it progressed.
DeMoor took advantage of the situation, landing a powerful punch on Tate, leading to a shift in the match’s momentum. Tate admitted that DeMoor deserved the win and expressed his happiness for him, emphasizing the importance of trying even if it results in loss.
Following his defeat, Tate shared several posts on social media, including a message highlighting the value of trying despite the possibility of failure.
