“Macron’s Spouse Plans Photo Evidence in Defamation Suit”

Date:

The spouse of Emmanuel Macron is preparing to submit photographic proof to verify her gender in a court case in the United States. Legal representation for the French president and his partner, Brigitte, has disclosed plans to present these photographs as part of their defamation lawsuit against conservative influencer Candace Owens. The legal action, initiated in July, alleges that Owens disseminated false and damaging information that contributed to a worldwide campaign of humiliation and harassment.

During an interview on the BBC’s Fame Under Fire podcast, lead attorney Tom Clare affirmed the couple’s readiness to disprove Owens’ allegations both broadly and specifically. Clare hinted at utilizing expert testimony with a scientific basis to debunk the claims. When questioned if the images would depict Mrs. Macron during pregnancy, Clare declined to elaborate, stating that the evidence would be unveiled in court proceedings, as reported by the BBC.

Clare expressed that Owens’ remarks deeply affected the Macrons, emphasizing the emotional toll of having to provide such evidence. Despite the distress caused, Mrs. Macron is determined to publicly defend herself to rectify the situation. Clare acknowledged that the controversy had been a distraction for the French president but emphasized that it had not derailed his focus as the leader of the country.

“He’s not immune from that because he’s the president of a country,” Clare remarked.
