Netflix has disclosed its viewership data for the latter half of 2025, revealing disappointing ratings for Meghan Markle’s lifestyle program. Initially launched in March 2025, the Duchess of Sussex’s show, “With Love, Meghan,” faced criticism during its first season and only briefly entered Netflix’s top 10 list of programs.
The second season debuted in August and ranked as the 1,224th most-watched program on Netflix from July to December 2025, as per the streaming platform’s Engagement Report for the period. Accumulating 2 million views and 9.7 million hours watched since its release, the show fell short in comparison to its first-season performance.
A holiday special episode, “With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration,” did not fare much better, ranking at 1,022nd overall. Despite premiering on December 3, the special garnered 2.4 million views and 2.3 million hours of viewership.
These figures marked a significant decline from the show’s first season, which had 5.3 million views and ranked 383 during the initial half of the year. Meghan’s program faced overshadowing by Netflix’s major hits in the past six months, such as “Wednesday” and “Stranger Things,” along with the anime film “KPop Demon Hunters,” which became the platform’s most-watched title with 482 million views in the same period.
Speculations have arisen about the future of Meghan’s Netflix series, with sources suggesting that it may not be renewed for a third season. While discussions exist about potential holiday specials, no concrete plans are currently in motion.
Although the fate of Meghan’s show remains uncertain, she is expected to shift focus towards her As Ever brand in a different capacity, featuring cooking and crafting content on her social platforms. Netflix continues its partnership with Meghan’s lifestyle brand, As Ever, initiated around the launch of “With Love.”
Since stepping back as working royals in 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have collaborated with Netflix, including a docuseries detailing their decision to move to the United States. After a lucrative deal in 2020, the couple signed a new contract in 2025, offering Netflix the first option on their ideas.
During an October 2025 interview at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, Meghan elaborated on their ongoing partnership with Netflix, emphasizing the flexibility and creative collaboration they share. While there has been no official statement from Netflix regarding the future of Meghan Markle’s show, she has remained silent on the matter since the holiday episode’s airing in December.
