One solo traveler, TJ Wright, who recorded the scene, described it as one of the most enjoyable flights she had experienced.
The 28-year-old solar panel firm manager was en route from London Stansted to Malta for a dance music festival. She shared her delight at the unexpected party atmosphere onboard, stating that despite being strangers initially, all passengers united in the celebration. However, the festive mood turned somewhat chaotic when an altercation broke out, leading to cabin crew intervention and passengers being asked to return to their seats.
Despite the incident, the video of the impromptu party went viral online, garnering over 235,000 views. The flight, headed to the Higher Love Festival on April 30, entertained a variety of passengers, including a mother and her baby. TJ expressed her pleasure at the camaraderie among passengers, noting that even the mother with the infant appeared to enjoy the lively ambiance.
