Following a night out in Morocco, a British travel influencer recently made headlines due to her disappearance. Rachel Kerr, 31, went missing on April 25 after leaving the SMART Nightclub in Agadir at around 5 am and checking out of the Caribbean Village hotel.
Concerns were raised when Rachel turned off her phone and her family became extremely worried. However, recent updates indicate that she has been found safe and is now in the care of her family. Ayoub Zaroual, a member of the Caribbean Village Agador Hotel Facebook group, confirmed that local police located Rachel in an apartment in Agadir and assured that she voluntarily left her hotel without any harm to her physical safety.
Rachel’s cousin, Claire Hill, expressed gratitude for the support and assistance in locating Rachel. Family members and friends had launched an online appeal for information on her whereabouts. Scottish police were also informed, and relatives were en route to Agadir to aid in the search effort.
Prior to her disappearance, Rachel, a Scottish social media star, frequently shared travel videos and promoted guided tours through a WhatsApp group. She also engaged in modeling work and captured her passion for exploring new places and meeting people in her Instagram posts.
Reports of the nightclub where Rachel was last seen raised concerns about drink spiking incidents, prompting worries among tourists. Nevertheless, Rachel’s safe return has brought relief to her family and supporters who rallied together during this challenging time.
