Morrisons recently implemented price cuts on a wide range of popular products, including essential items. The reductions apply to various Market Street fresh produce items under Morrisons’ own brand, such as Fyffes Loose Bananas, Morrisons Baby Potatoes, Corn Cobettes, and Baby Plum Tomatoes.
Moreover, Morrisons has also decreased prices on items within its Savers range, covering both food and household essentials. This includes products like Apple Juice Drink, Six Double Toilet Rolls, Fresh Mint Toothpaste, Mature White Cheddar, Fish Fillets, and Wonky Carrots in the Savers line.
Additionally, selected branded products like Birds Eye Fish Fingers, Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Tate & Lyle Granulated Sugar have seen price reductions as well.
These revised prices are now effective in Morrisons stores nationwide and online. The move follows Morrisons’ previous price cuts on 2,500 products in January, aimed at assisting consumers in saving money amidst escalating food expenses.
Recently, the retail giant announced Easter discounts on seasonal roast essentials, offering carrots, parsnips, and whole swede for just 4p each. It is crucial for consumers to compare prices before making purchases, as other retailers may feature lower prices for the same items.
Alex Paver, Morrisons’ Pricing and Customer Director, emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting customers in managing their household budgets. By reducing prices on numerous key products, Morrisons aims to help customers minimize their weekly shopping costs while ensuring quality remains paramount.
