“Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling’s Private Wedding Plans Unveiled”

Date:

In a few days, Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling will be getting married in a private ceremony at All Saints Church, Kemble, Cirencester. The wedding venue holds significance for both as it is near Harriet’s childhood home and close to Princess Anne’s residence at Gatcombe Park, just 20 minutes away from Peter’s childhood home.

Reports suggest that the reception will be hosted at Gatcombe Park, organized by Peregrine Armstrong Jones of Bentleys Entertainment, who has a history of planning royal events. Peregrine has previously organized events for Princess Anne, Zara Tindall, and even Peter’s earlier wedding to Autumn Kelly.

The wedding date was confirmed in April through a statement from their spokesperson, announcing a private ceremony on June 6, 2026. The guest list includes senior royals and close family members, with notable absences being Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, reportedly not invited to avoid overshadowing the celebration.

Royal correspondent Jennie Bond speculates that Harry’s exclusion from the guest list is to prevent diverting attention from the occasion. She believes Harry may feel excluded due to the rift within the family, potentially impacting his presence at future family gatherings.

The wedding is expected to be attended by members of the royal family, including Princess Beatrice and Eugenie, although their attendance has not been confirmed. The event is highly anticipated, with preparations underway for a joyous celebration.
