Emergency services treated a seriously injured individual at the location. The area has been cordoned off to the public, with additional police patrols deployed for ongoing investigations. An armed officer remains on-site, and there are reports circulating on social media about a police helicopter flying above the area.
According to a witness, an ambulance is present within the cordon. The witness described seeing what appeared to be a coat or jacket on the ground, with ambulance personnel attending to the scene, indicating treatment of an injured person. Crime Scene Investigators have now arrived at Higher Road, where the cordon is established.
