Having served in Afghanistan and supporting bereaved military children through Scotty’s Little Soldiers since 2017, Harry engaged in a Q&A session with attendees, including children and family members. Responding to a question about commemorating his mother’s death and birthday, Harry mentioned their tradition of baking lemon drizzle cake, emphasizing the importance of sweet traditions.
When asked what brings him joy on tough days, Harry mentioned finding laughter through his dog, children, and watching something funny on TV. He encouraged the attendees to seek support from friends and family during challenging times, highlighting the healing power of laughter.
During the visit, Harry participated in “goat yoga” and playful interactions with the animals. He engaged in yoga poses alongside the goats, shared moments of connection with them, and enjoyed a water bomb activity with a young child.
