“Royal Sisters Beatrice & Eugenie Set for Family Wedding”

Date:

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are expected to make a public appearance at an upcoming family wedding. The royal sisters, daughters of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, have received an invitation to the wedding of Princess Anne’s son, Peter Phillips, scheduled for June 6 in Gloucestershire. Notable guests, including the King, Queen, and Princess of Wales, are anticipated to attend.

This event could mark the first time Princess Beatrice and the pregnant Princess Eugenie are seen with their royal relatives since the Epstein files scandal in January. The sisters opted out of the Royal Family’s Easter service at Windsor Castle this year, a traditional event they have previously attended.

A source mentioned that the royal family is eager for positive news and unity, especially through significant occasions like weddings. Beatrice is confirmed to attend, while Eugenie, in her second trimester of pregnancy, hopes to make it as well. The King has expressed a desire for both sisters to maintain their family ties and participate in family events.

In a separate development, reports indicate that Beatrice’s parents and Prince Harry have not been invited to the wedding. Prince Harry’s absence is attributed to a lack of communication with Peter Phillips in recent years. The Mirror has reached out to Mr. Phillips’ spokesperson for further comments.

Peter Phillips, the eldest grandchild of the late Queen and nephew of King Charles, will marry Harriet Sperling, an NHS pediatric nurse and mother of a teenage daughter named Georgia. The private ceremony is set to take place at All Saints Church in Cirencester on June 6. Peter, who was previously married to Autumn Kelly, has two daughters with her and has since found love with Harriet.

The couple made their public debut in 2024 and have attended various royal events together. Peter’s first marriage in 2008 was a grand affair, attended by prominent royals, including the late Queen and Prince Philip. Despite Prince William’s absence, the event was significant as it marked the meeting between the late Queen and the then-unmarried Princess of Wales.
