Samsung has officially announced that the upcoming Galaxy S series smartphones will be revealed at the Galaxy Unpacked event later this month. The event, scheduled for February 25 in San Francisco, will showcase the new Samsung Galaxy S26 lineup, featuring the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra models.
The Galaxy Unpacked event will be live-streamed on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT for those interested in watching the unveiling in real-time. Samsung is also offering incentives for fans who register in advance, including a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage for pre-orders, and a chance to win £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung emphasized that the new smartphones are designed to enhance user experiences through integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features, marking a significant advancement in the era of AI technology. The company aims to simplify daily interactions, instill confidence, and seamlessly integrate Galaxy AI into everyday activities.
In preparation for the launch of the new Galaxy S series, retailers are lowering prices on the current Galaxy S25 range. For example, Sky Mobile has reduced the monthly price of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, saving customers £432, with a £12 upfront cost and a 36-month contract requirement. Additionally, Amazon is offering a 20% discount on selected models of the S25 and S25 Ultra, with prices reduced to £639.20 and £999.20 respectively until February 24 or while stocks last.
