“Samsung Unveils Galaxy S26 Series with Privacy Display”

Date:

Samsung has unveiled a trio of new Galaxy S26 smartphones, with the standout feature being the Privacy Display on the S26 Ultra. This innovative feature ensures content disappears when not directly viewed, enhancing privacy protection. The Ultra model also boasts a thinner design, increased speed, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform.

In addition to the Privacy Display, the S26 Ultra features an improved quad rear camera for better low-light photography, upgraded video stabilization, and an S Pen for note-taking on its 6.9-inch AMOLED screen. The lineup includes a standard S26 with a 6.3-inch screen and a larger 6.7-inch Plus version, both powered by Samsung’s Exynos chip and equipped with triple-lens rear cameras.

Samsung has enhanced the smartphones with Galaxy AI upgrades, including features like Now Nudge for seamless user experience. These updates offer relevant suggestions, such as automatically recommending photos from the Gallery when prompted by a friend or checking for schedule conflicts when receiving meeting notifications. The devices also support Google Gemini for improved web searches.

While the new Samsung Galaxy S26 series offers impressive features and upgrades, the pricing has seen an increase this year. The UK pricing for the range is as follows:

– S26: 256GB £879, 512GB £1,049
– S26 Plus: 256GB £1,099, 512GB £1,269
– S26 Ultra: 256GB £1,279, 512GB £1,449, 1TB (with 16GB RAM) £1,699

These smartphones are set to hit stores next month, providing users with advanced technology and enhanced user experiences.
