School Lockdown in Salford: Man Intrudes with Brick

A man’s alleged intrusion with a brick at a primary school has caused the school to go into lockdown, sparking concern among school staff and students. The incident, which took place at St Marks R C Primary School in Salford’s Clifton area, led to a swift police response with multiple police vehicles surrounding the premises. Witnesses observed children being escorted out of the school during the commotion.

The situation escalated as a crime scene investigation van arrived at the scene, adding to the tense atmosphere. An emotional parent described rushing to the school upon hearing about the incident, feeling on the brink of breaking down.

According to Greater Manchester Police, the man involved was taken to the hospital following the disturbance.
