“Search Underway for Missing 15-Year-Old in Lincoln Lake”

Police are currently searching a lake in Lincoln for a 15-year-old boy who went missing after entering the water on Sunday afternoon. Emergency services were called to Swanholme Lakes nature reserve at 2:30pm following reports of the boy encountering difficulties in the water.

Despite extensive efforts by both the public and emergency services, the boy has not been located yet, according to Lincolnshire Police. The police’s underwater search team is actively searching for the boy in the water, and the boy’s family has been informed of the situation.

In a statement, the police stated, “We regret to inform that a 15-year-old boy has not been seen since entering the water at Swanholme Lakes in Lincoln this afternoon.” The incident occurred when emergency services were alerted to the situation at 2:30pm on Sunday, May 24.

Efforts to locate the boy are ongoing, and the Underwater Search Team is involved in the search operation. The police have urged the public not to spread inaccurate information and to refrain from speculating on the situation. Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
