A tragic accident involving three vehicles and a pedestrian has resulted in the death of a teenage girl in Cwmbran. The incident occurred on the A4042 and was reported to the police around 12:25 pm. The pedestrian, a 17-year-old girl from Caldicot, was pronounced dead at the scene.
