Heart-wrenching updates have surfaced following the tragic demise of Victoria Hart at her residence in Spain. The 33-year-old was viciously stabbed and discovered lifeless on the floor of her house in Alhaurín el Grande, close to Malaga, on Saturday morning.
Following the incident, her former partner surrendered himself at the Alhaurín de la Torre prison on the same day. The ex-couple, who had separated, had an 11-year-old son and seven-year-old twin daughters. According to local reports, the suspect confessed to prison staff, stating, “Arrest me, I’ve done something very bad,” and mentioned that three children were present at the scene of the crime, expressing that he had lost control.
Residents were alarmed around 11.40 am when they heard a cry for help from Victoria’s residence. One neighbor entered the property and discovered Victoria lying on the floor in a pool of blood, with a kitchen knife nearby.
A neighbor disclosed that the children fled to the communal garden of the apartment after the incident. Victoria’s son courageously contacted his grandmother to inform her that “his father had killed his mother.” Emergency services were summoned, and Victoria was found with neck injuries, later declared deceased by medical personnel and law enforcement.
Victoria, originally from the West Midlands, had relocated to Spain, where she managed her own hairdressing and beauty business. Her estranged husband, a resident of Alhaurin el Grande, reportedly had a restraining order preventing contact or visitation to the family home.
Since the tragic event, tributes have poured in for Victoria, with heartfelt messages expressing condolences and sorrow for the family’s loss. The Alhaurin el Grande Town Council issued a statement condemning the act of violence, declaring an official day of mourning in honor of Victoria.
Authorities from the Civil Guard in Malaga confirmed that they are investigating the case of the woman’s death in Alhaurin el Grande and have apprehended her ex-partner as the suspected perpetrator.
