The President of the United States has swiftly shifted focus to his next goal following his assertion of Iran’s demise. Donald Trump has stated that Tehran no longer poses a threat to the US, following weeks of seeking assistance from NATO and the UK amid the conflict sparked by US-Israeli actions on February 28.
In a recent statement, President Trump labeled the Democrats as “the greatest enemy in America.” He also announced intentions to deploy ICE agents at US airports as early as tomorrow, March 23.
Through his social media platform, Truth Social, the President conveyed, “Now with the demise of Iran, the Radical Left, Highly Incompetent, Democrat Party stands as the greatest adversary to America.”
In another post, Trump criticized the Democrats for their actions towards the Department of Homeland Security, TSA Officers, and the American people, vowing that ICE would enhance security measures if Democrats do not act accordingly.
Trump’s declaration regarding the “death of Iran” coincides with his warning that the US will strike and destroy Iranian power plants if the Strait of Hormuz is not fully reopened within 48 hours, a crucial waterway for global trade.
As the pressure mounts to resolve the situation at the Strait, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned that any attack on Iran’s power plants would lead to retaliation on critical infrastructure, energy facilities, and oil installations in the region, potentially causing a prolonged increase in oil prices.
The threat of escalating tensions in the region has raised concerns about the stability of global oil prices, impacting economies worldwide.
