Smart Support automatically monitors broadband connectivity and promptly addresses speed or connection issues as they arise. Users will receive instant recommendations to resolve any problems, aiming to prevent disruptions that can impact online activities like streaming or remote work.
Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely perform updates or repairs overnight to minimize daytime disturbances. If necessary, customers may receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades to enhance whole-home coverage. In more severe cases, customers can schedule an engineer visit without incurring extra charges.
