Maria Jose Torres Osorio, aged 21, passed away in a hospital due to complications arising from these cosmetic procedures. Shortly after the operations, Maria started experiencing intense pain and dizziness. Her health deteriorated rapidly, leading to her hospitalization in Neiva, Colombia, eight days post-surgery. Unfortunately, Maria suffered a cardiac arrest and subsequent organ failure, resulting in brain death. Medical professionals placed her on life support, but her condition did not improve. Eventually, her family made the difficult decision to disconnect the equipment, leading to her passing.
