A tragic incident unfolded in Brazil as a 13-year-old boy carried out a deadly shooting at the São José Institute, resulting in the deaths of two female staff members and injuries to others. Students at the junior high school in Rio Branco scrambled for safety, with some seeking refuge in classrooms and others attempting to scale a 20-foot wall to escape the gunfire.
The young suspect, who confessed to the attack according to the Acre government, has been apprehended by law enforcement.
